Enrollment documents: the list by grade level

Enrollment season usually brings a last-minute scramble for a missing document. This is the list we ask for at Colegio Real de Minas, level by level. All documents are submitted as originals plus four copies.

For every grade level

• Birth certificate
• CURP (Mexican population registry code)
• Report card from the previous year, or the level certificate when starting a new level
• Copy of the photo ID (INE) of both parents and of any authorized adult
• Copy of a water bill
• Letter of no outstanding balance
• Certificate of good conduct

Preschool

• Copy of the vaccination record

Tips so you're not rushing

1. Download an up-to-date CURP from the official portal before printing.
2. Request the report card and certificate from the previous school early.
3. Ask the previous school for the no-balance letter and the conduct certificate before the year ends.
4. Put together one folder per child with originals and copies.
